TWC Management’s long-term goal is to expand its casino and hotel chain to 20-30 units during the next five years. Casino and hotel developments and acquisitions will be based on the evaluation of the potential return of projects that arise and the availability of financing to purchase these assets.
TWC’s European product will consist of boutique casinos and hotels that conform to the Company’s established brand image: themes that include well-known and nostalgic eras of American culture. TWC will continue to use this theme-based strategy, as appropriate, for each property’s unique environment.
Development of the TWC properties will be concentrated in Europe. American Chance Casinos will grow particularly in emerging Eastern European nations where opportunities exist for the Company’s niche product.
