American Chance Casinos (ACC) is TWC’s European subsidiary.  ACC operates the Company’s casinos which are strategically positioned in border towns.

 

Ceska Kubice is located on the Czech-German border and is approximately an hour east of Regensburg, Germany; Route 59 is on the Czech-Austrian border near Znojmo, less than 45 minutes from Vienna; and, since December 2004, Route 55 is in Dolni Dvoriste, on the Czech-Austrian border, 40 minutes north of Linz, Austria.

 

The casinos operate under the brand name American Chance Casinos (“ACC”) and showcase themes portraying recognizable eras of American history.
